Who we are...
I am a qualified Gestalt psychotherapist with a Postgraduate Diploma in Gestalt Psychotherapy from the Gestalt Institute of Ireland, validated by South East Technological University (SETU).
In addition, I hold an MA in Clinical Psychology from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities (SWPS) in Warsaw, Poland.
I am a graduate member of the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI) and a fully accredited member of the Irish Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP), adhering to the Code of Ethics of both organizations.

As a Gestalt psychotherapist, I work holistically and relationally, paying attention and staying present to the beauty and the fullness of human expression – through body, mind, and spirit. I trust in the healing potential of a therapeutic relationship based on dialog, contact, and co-creation.
I believe that “a change occurs when one becomes what he is, not when he tries to become what he is not” (Beisser, 1970) and I'm committed to providing a confidential and supportive space for you to freely and creatively explore how your past and present life experiences have shaped you the way you are now, and what you might need to face your challenges, be happier and live more choice-fully.
I see every person as unique, their difference as their beauty, and their inability or struggle as a potential for growth and creative adjustment. I meet clients where they are in their life journey, through authentic relational encounters and genuine curiosity.
I am committed to personal and professional development through ongoing psychotherapy and training. To ensure a high standard of therapeutic practice, I regularly attend professional supervision.
I offer both short-term and long-term support for adults seeking to engage in self-development, improve their relationships, or address issues such as anger, anxiety, loss, depression, body image concerns, isolation/loneliness, self-care, self-esteem, sexuality, gender identity, stress, work/life balance, and more.

I am a qualified, Gestalt Psychotherapist with a Higher Diploma (Level 9) in Gestalt Psychotherapy from the Gestalt Institute of Ireland. As an accredited member of IACP (Irish Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy), I adhere to its Code of Ethics. I am committed to delivering high-quality work and attend supervision with a qualified external supervisor.

Psychotherapy has become my passion after working in the educational and multicultural field for over 15 years as I also hold an MA in Ethnolinguistics and Teaching English as a Second Language. Working on a deep, relational level was a natural progression from working with people from different cultures and backgrounds. I am bilingual and speak Polish and English.
I strongly believe in the principle of deep listening, being present, and helping clients heighten their awareness to fulfill their potential and find ways to have more satisfying relationships.
I work with the whole person, focusing on how thoughts, feelings, and body sensations are connected.
Most importantly, I see evidence that healing and growth can happen in the here and now even if one has experienced a lot of hurt in the past.
I specialise in supporting people experiencing: Anxiety,
Bereavement / Loss, Depression, Fertility issues, Isolation / Loneliness, Stress, Trauma, Work Issues,
or individuals wanting to work on their Personal Development, Self-Esteem, Sexuality, Work/Life Balance, or Relationships.
